After a fire, our team provided emergency wall bracing and shoring to temporarily support the destroyed roof, damaged floors and exterior. Rosette Specialty Trades collaborated with the engineering firm and other stakeholders on the project to design a scaffolding enclosure to wrap and protect the historic building, allowing the roof to be rebuilt simultaneously.
SEPTA Headquarters

Rosette Specialty Trades installed system scaffolding in sections throughout the main lobby of SEPTA Headquarters, which spans 10,000 square feet. The project provided safe access to update extensive sprinkler systems and fire alarms, all while allowing mass transit commuter traffic to flow through the building.
Declaration House

Our team provided pedestrian overheard protection and installed system scaffolding to allow NPS to rehabilitate the windows and replace the roof in preparation for America's 250th Celebration. Declaration House is the site where Thomas Jefferson drafted the Declaration of Independence.

Rosette Specialty Trades provided full scaffolding and access solutions for the historic Mott Building at Thomas Jefferson University’s East Falls campus. The project supported a major window replacement and renovation across multiple floors, requiring customized, preservation‑sensitive scaffold systems to protect masonry and ornate details. Work included safe, sheltered access for installers, debris containment, and traffic controls to minimize disruption on a busy campus. The result: efficient, code‑compliant access that enabled the careful restoration of the building’s historic windows and façade.
Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts

At the historic Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts, Rosette Specialty Trades provided a streamlined scaffolding solution to support upper-level mechanical system upgrades. The team installed stair towers for safe access, constructed a large scaffolding “dance floor” to create a stable working platform, and utilized material hoists to efficiently move equipment. Additional scaffolding ensured access to key work areas, enabling the project to be completed safely and efficiently within this landmark facility.
